Behind the Patso Burger legend is the signature of Mehmet Aslan Aktaş and his brother Bekir Aktaş, who were born in Çayeli district of Rize. Mehmet Aslan Aktaş, who started working from primary school, started operating the first Patso Burger at the number of 115/a in Kuruçeşme, in Üsküdar district of Istanbul.
