Joker No. 19 is the younger but bigger brother of the original Joker bar at Atıf Yılmaz Caddesi in front of İstiklal Caddesi in Taksim. Many of his loyal customers have now made themselves comfortable in the new, spacious surroundings. Frequently visited by a hip local crowd of 20 people, this is a place to enjoy with friends.

Spacious and brutal like the foyer of an airplane hanger, the decor is spartan (meaning pebble concrete is abundant), but with some exotic accents. Inside, an upholstered sofa circles around a lemon tree. In the background, vine-like creepers have begun to run over a wall. Positioned above the dressing room and enthroned in a puzzle of metal mesh, the resident DJ selects beat-heavy remixes of soulful legends and mixes them with people like The Talking Heads.
